Refund and Returns Policy

At Atlantic-Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your TV box, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

  • The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the TV box.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return the product by a clear statement. Please contact us at contact@atlantic-box.com to initiate the process.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your TV box must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All accessories, cables, remotes, and manuals originally included in the box must be returned together with the device.
  • The device must not show any signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized software modifications.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to account for the loss in value or reject the return entirely.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@atlantic-box.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Pack the TV box securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the TV box because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the TV box arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, Atlantic-Box will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Warranty / Defective Products

Beyond the 14-day return window, your TV box is covered by our standard statutory warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device malfunctions through no fault of your own after the initial 14 days, please contact our support team for troubleshooting, repair, or replacement options.
